Lee Toedter, Attorney

I am a licensed and practicing attorney whose entire career experience has been spent with the US Department of Defense supporting construction, and service-related missions primarily overseas. In addition to my legal background and training, my undergraduate degree is in Industrial Management and that training was applied significantly in my over thirty years of commercial experience. From 1973 to 1994, I served as an attorney for the Corps of Engineers in Tulsa, Oklahoma, SaudiArabia (working on the King Khalid Military City project (Cost-Plus)), St. Paul, Minnesota, Turkey, andGermany. From 1979 onward, I was a supervisory District Counsel and heavily involved in management, as well as the day-to-day details of legal practice for Corps construction and military activities.

I served from August 1997 to April 2006 as the sole civilian Navy Office of General Counsel lawyer appointed for the Fleet/CENTCON/NAVCENT. The Navy Deputy General Counsel aptly described myposition as“if it is Navy business, it is your business” which put me in the position of dealing all of the myriad of internal Navy matters that arise within the AOR, as well as those involving host nations and external parties.

As a retiree since April 2006, I have actively been engaged in a variety of commercial endeavors ranging from organizing Planned Unit Development projects, commercial construction project procedures, organizing teaming, partnering, and joint venture agreements and LLC’s, dissolution and wrap up of project agreements, preparing solicitation and bidding responses for construction, supply, and service contracts.I came to know Lee back in 2011 when he listened to a radio podcast I gave on Coast-to-Coast AM radio where I presented the case forusing baking soda to resolve tissue affliction semersed in hyperacidic and hypoxic conditions.

Lee had perfected an empirical approach administering baking soda witha complex herbal compound he formulated guided by a Chinese WWII veteran, who went onto become a western-trained physician specializing in botanical medicine. This combination approach greatly benefitted hundreds of his neighbors and acquaintances, particularly, but not exclusively, in the senior age group. Since that time, I have researched his approach and have confirmed the efficacy of this combination in the dissolution of sene scent afflicted tissues while it ramps up the immune system into high-gear. The sedynamics make Lee’s Compound an essential feature to MID’s methodology to bring about thriving longevity and immune performance.
